RETURN PROCESS AND POLICY
You have 14 days from receiving your item/s to request a return under our policy.
To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at shopfaunathelabel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Upon approval, we’ll provide a USPS return shipping label for your convenience, with a $9.00 USD deduction from your refund. Please note, returns without prior authorization won’t be accepted.
Please send your items to our return address within 5 days of receiving your return label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will automatically refund your original payment. If you don’t see the refund on your credit card within 14 days, please contact us at shopfaunathelabel@gmail.com
Shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return will not be refunded.
For a successful return, ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with tags attached. Items not meeting these requirements may incur additional return shipping charges if sent back.
Presently, we’re unable to process exchanges. If you need a different size, simply place a new order for the desired item/s.
Keep in mind, we can’t accept garments with stains from makeup, lotions, or deodorant from trying on.
All returns undergo inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse refunds if items don’t meet our policy.
